A shooting and police chase ended with the arrest of one man and one juvenile male late Thursday. The pair, who police call gang members, were in a car and confronted some juveniles in a park near 500 N. Grant Street a little after 10 p.m., according to Salt Lake Police Lt. Dave Craycroft.
